This is from the CAS Hanwei Steel Warriors Collection, now discontuined but we have the last of them
This is a full tang katana made with 440 stainless steel, and an acid etched hamon. The blade is sharpened and the saya is a black clolr with crack like red covering the surface.
This sword has been off the market for over 4 years.
